I spent most of my hours today editing my portfolio website. Yesterday at the group meeting we talked about some web design tips so I was eager to incorporate what I had learned. I had previously created some basic brand elements. So I uploaded them to my website and made decisions about what projects to spotlight and what fonts to use where. I ran into an issue trying to upload the adobe fonts I wanted, so I did some googling to refresh my memory on where to put the coding and how to help WordPress to recognize what fonts I wanted to use. I ended up coding the CSS myself in multiple places and activating the adobe fonts plugin to make it work.
I’m still having issues using my adobe fonts in Divi themes so I’ll workshop that tomorrow, I got pretty far and started adding in the grid thumbnails for each of my portfolio pieces. Soon I’ll add the links to other pages where I’ll explain my projects.
